About
Diana Rodríguez Agüero started her legal practice at Estudio Gerke in 2020. Her practice is mainly focused on Civil law, intellectual property, registration law and contracts. Additionally, she supports the team at Estudio Gerke in civil litigation.
Rodríguez obtained her Law Degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo in 2019. She is registered in the Public Registry of Lawyers of the Ministry of Justice of Bolivia since 2020.
Prior to joining Estudio Gerke, Rodríguez served as paralegal in a local law firm and Banks FIE and Banco de Crédito de Bolivia.
