Marcela Gerke Siles has been a partner of Estudio Gerke since 2004. She has a wide and successful career as a lawyer in civil, commercial law, family law, labor and social security law, administrative law, contracts and investments, and litigation in civil, commercial, administrative, tax, family and labor. Marcela Gerke obtained a Master's Degree in Comparative Law LL.M. at the law school of Tulane University in New Orleans, United States, in 1998. In addition, she obtained a Master Degree in Private Law from Instituto de Estudios Superiores CEU, Madrid, Spain in 2002. She is registered in the La Paz Bar Association since 1997 and in the Public Registry of Lawyers of the Ministry of Justice of Bolivia since 2013. She graduated as an attorney from Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo" in 1997. She has been a member of boards of directors in financial institutions and was a professor of Social Security Law at Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo".
